Masimo in East London is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Masimo products and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders. The role covers Eastern UK and offers remote work with travel when required, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager as part of the Sales Team.

You will educate customers on Masimo solutions, train new and potential users, demonstrate products, and lead deployments in real‑world use cases alongside the Account Manager to drive regional sales

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for supporting Masimo Products and maintaining customer relationships with a variety of clinicians and other key stakeholders.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Sales Team located in East London and working remotely to cover Eastern UK territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be responsible for educating Masimo customers on our products and solutions.
• Train new and potential users will be an important aspect of the position; thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and inservice end- users. PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo’s vision and value proposition.
• Leading on organising and running customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account manager to educate and position Masimo technology in real world use cases.
• Be part of a professional team and will partner with the efforts of others in the region to advance sales and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Nurse diploma. Other disciplines considered depending on experience and expertise.
• Min 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) or emergency medical experience.
• Prior sales/clinical support experience required.
• Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
• Interest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used within the hospital

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays as required, within the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience
