Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, biomedical, healthcare or scientific field.
• Experience in supporting cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED).
• Ability to work within catheterisation laboratories and operating theatres.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support for CRM device implants, follow-up procedures, and programming activities.
• Deliver product training and educational programs to physicians, physiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support customers before, during, and after device implantation with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
