The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking an experienced psychologist to provide clinical supervision and training within Turning Point's Southwest MHTR services. The role supports Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists, Peer Support Workers, and governance input, with a small specialist caseload when required.

You will work under a HCPC registration and bring a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to practice in a remote, fixed-term 12-month role.

Qualificações

• Doctoral qualification in their professional specialism.
• Current HCPC registration as a clinical, counselling or forensic psychologist.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance and training to Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists delivering psychosocial interventions under MHTR.
• Support and coordinate the MHTR team, including Peer Support Workers.
• Develop trauma-informed approaches and supervise psychological formulations.
• Develop innovative approaches aligned with national standards and evidence-based practice.
• Contribute to governance of MHTR services alongside operational colleagues.
• Give evidence-informed advice to colleagues and partner organisations.
• Carry a small caseload for specialist psychological assessments and interventions.
• Receive supervision from the MHTR Clinical Lead.
