Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a HCPC‑registered Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to support psycho‑social interventions across the Southwest MHTR services, covering Swindon, Somerset and North Somerset.

You will supervise and train Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists, ensuring evidence‑based practice and governance. This is a remote, full‑time fixed‑term position for 12 months.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered psychologist capable of psycho-social interventions.
• Experience delivering supervision or training to psychology staff (where possible).
• Ability to work remotely within NHS/clinical governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance and training to Senior Assistant and Assistant Psychologists.
• Support the effective delivery of psycho-social interventions under MHTR.
• Contribute to governance and evidence-based practice in SW MHTR services.
