Job summary

The Pharmacist Network is recruiting a Remote IP Clinical Pharmacist to support general practices nationwide. You will work with pharmacists and technicians to deliver pharmaceutical care, resolve medication queries, and improve patient access to medicines within GP settings.

Requirements include 12 months in primary care, GPHC registration, CPPE pathway completion or exemption, and an independent prescribing qualification. Remote role with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in general practice/primary care.
• GPHC registration with CPPE pathway completed or exemption.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• DBS certificate (Desirable)
• Experience with EMIS or System One.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve medication-related queries in primary care.
• Conduct polypharmacy reviews and SMRs.
• Conduct medication reviews and reconciliation.
• Provide expert medicines advice to clinicians and patients.
• Support medicines optimisation and safety in practice.
