Job summary

Virtual Pharmacist LTD is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist for remote support of GP practices and PCNs across England. This locum role offers flexible part-time hours, with the opportunity to deliver high-quality medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews without needing an Independent Prescriber qualification.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, strong knowledge of ARRS-funded responsibilities, and proficiency with EMIS Web or SystmOne.

The role is fully remote, allowing for work-life balance and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

GPhC-registered pharmacist in good standing.
Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrable GP practice or primary care experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured medication reviews under clinical governance.
Manage acute prescription request reviews and medication queries.
Support discharge medication reconciliation.
