Job summary

Circle Health Group is hiring a Clinical Application Specialist for a remote, full-time role (37.5 hours per week). The role supports clinically facing IT applications, provides 3rd line support, and enhances clinical systems to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.

You will work with clinicians and IT teams, participate in workshops, and help maintain security and performance of applications. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting clinically facing IT applications in large organisations.
• 2+ years in service delivery and building 3rd party supplier relations.
• Knowledge of data protection, information security and information governance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer and team-working ethos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate highly technical documents for non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategies to enhance and replace clinical applications to improve workflow efficiency and patient care.
• Provide 3rd line support for clinical IT applications where 2nd line cannot resolve.
• Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, performance and security of clinical applications.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical stakeholders to understand needs and pain points.
• Conduct workshops, focus groups and interviews to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Contribute to service reviews, performance assessments and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors and clinical stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team and with clinical users.
