Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, concise client communication within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge support with scheduled client calls, reviewing portfolio context, and assisting with platform navigation while following compliance limits.
• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA disciplines, and perform authorized proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data and ensuring timeliness.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or issues outside approved boundaries per compliance rules.
