Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Technician – Domestic Major Loss for North England. This permanent role supports the Loss Adjuster in handling property claims and guiding claimants through the process, in a hybrid work setup.

You will develop through comprehensive training and have opportunities to pursue the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification. Join a team committed to protecting people and helping them rebuild after loss.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing property claims.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors.
• Conscientious and hardworking with adaptability during high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Loss Adjuster throughout the handling of the claims.
• Guide customers through the claims process and provide clear updates.
• Explain complex details to claimants and coordinate with contractors.
