Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an Infrastructure / Civil Engineer to work on highways, drainage, and related infrastructure projects in Bath. The role offers hybrid office/remote flexibility and a salary in the £32,000–£38,000 range with a non-contributory pension contribution of 10% of salary.

The successful candidate will have a BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) or an HNC with relevant experience, 3+ years post-qualification, and be comfortable with client liaison and delivering design

Qualifications

Educated to BEng - Graduate degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) or HNC with 3+ years' experience will be considered.
3 years post qualification (or relevant experience 5+ years).
Working towards IPD, or nearing sign off for Incorporated Engineer status with ICE.

Responsibilities

Duties involve working in a small office of transport planners and civil engineers; requires flexibility to carry out a range of tasks.
Core work spans concept and planning through detailed design and delivery of highway and drainage schemes for varied client portfolios.
Strong communication and organisation skills needed to liaise with clients and third parties and meet deadlines.
