Prior experience in cost estimating and quantity surveying is essential, with proficiency in Excel and Spanish reading skills. You'll create reproducible tasks with traceable calculations and collaborate with contributors

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, tender preparation, or technical review.
• Ability to interpret construction specs, drawings, bills of quantities, and contractual requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Calc and budget reconciliation.
• Strong written English and Spanish reading proficiency.
