The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with experience in backend or full-stack development. Candidates should also possess advanced English proficiency and 3-7 years of software engineering experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with production systems in backend or full-stack development.
• Experience with bug fixing, testing, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement coding tasks across bug fixing and feature development.
• Write specifications and reference implementations.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness and clarity.
• Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and expected outputs.

Skills

Advanced professional written proficiency in English

Strong proficiency in Python

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go

Backend or full‑stack development experience
