Placements24 is seeking a Head of Digital Insurance Solutions for a fully remote senior leadership role in the UK. You will define and execute the digital strategy across all insurance offerings, leading transformation of platforms, products, and customer experiences to drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital strategy and product leadership, with strong InsurTech and data analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of digital strategy or senior leadership with digital transformation experience.
• Track record of launching and scaling digital products/services, preferably in financial services or insurance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the insurance business, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital insurance products and services.
• Oversee the management and optimization of web, mobile apps, and social media channels.
• Drive adoption of AI, ML, and data analytics to enhance digital capabilities.
