Placements24 is seeking a Remote Insurance Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital insurance products. This fully remote role requires crafting strategy from conception through launch and ongoing optimization, partnering with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations in an agile environment.

You will translate market insights into detailed requirements, drive backlog prioritization, and monitor key metrics to continually improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on digital products.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and launches.
• Strong grasp of agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with user research, market analysis and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with insurtech trends and digital insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital insurance products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans and launches.
• Monitor product performance and analytics, identify improvements.
