Alignerr is seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert to help train and improve AI models remotely. You will craft challenging chemistry problems and provide detailed solutions to guide model reasoning across organic synthesis, biochemistry and related fields.

The role is an hourly contract (10–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and collaboration with top AI research labs. A Master’s degree in chemistry or a closely related field is required, and strong writing skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or closely related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains.
• Able to clearly communicate complex scientific concepts in writing.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems to test AI capabilities across domains.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise logic.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and depth.
• Collaborate with researchers to build benchmarks spanning undergrad to Master levels.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
