Job summary

AfterQuery Experts seeks Chemistry Experts to create and refine chemistry reasoning challenges for AI training modules. This remote, flexible role covers organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry, testing AI models on reactions, mechanisms, spectra, and lab scenarios with scientific rigor.

You will develop high-quality problems, evaluate model responses, and collaborate with scientists to tune difficulty and topical coverage, contributing to cutting-edge AI content.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Chemistry or closely related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong command of at least two subfields (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, or biochemistry).
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality chemistry problems, mechanism walkthroughs, and lab-scenario case studies that challenge AI models.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback on scientific accuracy and reasoning.
• Collaborate with a team of scientists and technical experts to fine-tune problem difficulty and topical coverage.
