Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking Chemistry Experts to develop challenging tasks that assess AI agents' ability to perform chemical reasoning — mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation. You will create original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate frontier models using reaction schemes, spectra, and analytical data.

Remote, project-based engagement with flexible hours and compensation between US$80 and US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or related field required.
• Graduate-level chemistry background or hands‑on lab experience required.
• Experience interpreting spectra and evaluating synthesis routes required.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks on reaction mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical/spectral interpretation.
• Develop reference solutions that account for reaction conditions and lab safety.
• Evaluate output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra.
• Identify chemically unsound reasoning and overlooked conditions.
• Define criteria for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.
