Job summary

CHPK Group is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to support cost management services across Commercial and Residential projects. The role is remote with some office attendance required at the London office, delivering cost planning, tender management, contract administration and project completion.

You will help maintain client service quality and accurate cost control. We look for a degree in Quantity Surveying, several years of experience in Commercial/Residential sectors, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related qualification.
• Experience in Commercial and Residential sectors.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract suites; MRICS status a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management across Commercial and Residential projects.
• Prepare and assess tender packages.
• Provide monthly cost reports to clients with updates on project financials.
• Conduct cost benchmarking and analysis for informed client decisions.
• Provide fund monitoring for development projects and ensure governance.
• Manage contract administration and project management duties in line with contract suites.
• Perform reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes based on site inspections.
• Conduct detailed take-offs to quantify materials and labour for cost management.
