Three Bridges Recruitment LTD is supporting a leading Scottish charity to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 6-month contract, primarily remote with some travel. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and restricted funds, reporting and financial modelling to add value from day one.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires strong budgeting, forecasting and accounting experience, Excel proficiency and the ability to communicate complex finances across

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management accounting.
• Experience with systems optimisation and improving financial processes.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Able to interpret complex financial information and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience within large or not-for-profit organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Finance on budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts.
• Set up and monitor the charity's restricted funds.
• Develop financial reports, data analysis and KPIs for the organisation.
• Provide financial insight to improve processes and outputs.
• Communicate financial information clearly across teams and stakeholders.
