Job summary

LHCPG is seeking a Charities Liaison Coordinator to support our partner charities, Lifting Lives and Lintel Trust. The role involves governance support, grant administration, reporting, events and stakeholder engagement on a part-time, fixed-term basis with home-based work and occasional travel to meetings in Livingston or Uxbridge.

The position is 20 hours per week on a one-year fixed-term contract, ideally based within an hour of Livingston, with some travel to board meetings.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused and capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a charity setting.
• Experience in charity administration, governance, grant processing or project coordination is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Support trustee meetings by preparing agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
• Coordinate Small Grants Fund processes, including applications and reporting.
• Maintain accurate charity, applicant and programme records.
• Assist with impact reporting with Social Value Advisors and colleagues.
• Handle charity enquiries and signpost applicants and stakeholders.
• Support charity communications, events, fundraising and community benefit programmes.
