Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to support our Charity and Non-Profit client team in the UK. You will assist Client Directors and Relationship Managers, coordinating communications, preparing materials for meetings and pitches, and handling client-related administration on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will work closely with investment, operations, marketing and client service teams to deliver timely, accurate responses and maintain client records.

Qualifications

• Strong client-service mindset with charity/non-profit focus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Client Directors and Managers for charity/non-profit clients.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch documents, meeting packs and reports.
• Coordinate and resolve client enquiries, track requests and progress.
• Maintain client records and support reviews and follow-ups.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, events and calls with agendas and notes.
