Job summary

VIQU Limited is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to support a major transformation programme during a period of high change activity. The role is remote with a predominantly work-from-home setup, and a 3-month initial contract Inside IR35.

You will manage Change Requests, coordinate releases across multiple projects, and ensure ITIL governance is consistently followed while delivering with speed. Onsite presence is required about one day per month in Leeds, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Change Manager or Change & Release Manager in a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management and Release Management principles.
• Experience handling high volumes of concurrent IT Changes and Releases.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, migration, or large-scale business change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Change Requests from submission through to approval, ensuring governance standards are met.
• Review, challenge and improve Change Requests with technical delivery teams to obtain complete information.
• Coordinate Change and Release activities across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Support the planning, scheduling and execution of IT Releases.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, technical stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.
• Attend programme and project meetings to identify upcoming Change and Release activity early.
• Support the production and maintenance of Release Plans where required.
• Ensure Change and Release processes are followed while balancing governance with delivery timescales.
• Provide immediate support to an established Change & Release team during high demand.
