Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Workday and HR transformation programme. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and user adoption across the programme.

This 4-month remote role with rare travel to Glasgow site offers a charged daily rate inside IR35 and the chance to shape change across 2,000+ employees in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Organisational Change Management within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong background supporting Workday implementations or major Workday transformations.
• Experience in enterprise HR, Finance or Payroll technology implementations.
• Proven track record taking change initiatives from planning through go-live adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications and readiness skills.
• Experience delivering change across organisations of 2,000+ employees.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall OCM strategy aligned to programme milestones.
• Identify and manage key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Create targeted communications and manage the communications strategy.
• Conduct organisational impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Define training requirements and coordinate training materials.
• Support governance, reporting and executive updates to the programme.
