Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate remote catering operations across multiple sites.
• Manage and track inventory using digital systems.
• Liaise with on-site teams, provide guidance and support.
• Monitor operational data to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Develop SOPs for remote catering management.
• Act as primary contact for clients regarding inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports on performance, inventory, and efficiency.
• Use project tools to facilitate remote collaboration.
• Identify issues and implement preventative measures.
