Cape Clarke is recruiting a Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate / Team Leader for a Top 100 law firm. The role is remote with monthly meetings in Manchester, offering a salary of £60,000–£80,000 and a chance to lead a team on Multi-Track claims.

You will handle technically demanding claimant injury litigation, lead a team, review work, and mentor colleagues while developing complex cases toward settlement or trial.

Qualifications

• Solicitors with around six or more years' PQE and substantial claimant catastrophic injury experience.
• Ability to supervise and support a team of serious injury lawyers.
• Home-based senior role with monthly Manchester meetings.

Responsabilités

• Handle technically demanding claimant injury litigation and multi‑million‑pound cases.
• Contribute to strategy on liability, quantum, medical evidence and expert opinions.
• Review work and supervise colleagues to progress cases.
