Job summary

Marie Curie is seeking a Hub Coordinator to join the Caring Services team and ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. You will coordinate rotas and visits, manage patient information and act as a confident, compassionate point of contact for families, patients, referrers and colleagues.

This part-time FTC role (ends July 2027) is home-based, 36.5 hours per week, with a salary of £24,598.08 pro rata, plus Marie Curie benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• IT literacy with MS Word/Excel/Email and internet usage.
• Experience in a customer services environment.
• Experience in an office environment (desirable).
• Producing management and statistical reports.
• Desire to help others, work towards targets and develop their skills.
• Ability to solve problems and take proactive action.
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rotas and visits to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient information and respond to changing priorities.
• Act as a key point of contact for families, patients, referrers, clinical colleagues and senior leaders.
• Support the Caring Services team to keep operations running efficiently.
