Job description

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven, and empathetic individuals to join Ortus Health in delivering outstanding patient support. As the first point of contact for patients, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from various GP practices, ensuring all interactions are conducted professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of patient calls, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Data Protection Act in all interactions.
  • Actively participate in training, personal development, and team meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and the Ortus Health team to deliver a seamless service experience.

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in compliance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in call handling.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy.
  • Prior experience working rotating shifts.
