Plastic Moulding Solutions in the UK offers a home-based Business Development Manager role with national coverage. You will win and develop long-term manufacturing programmes with OEMs, focusing on injection and blow moulding solutions across the UK.

The role provides autonomy, a 30% performance bonus and a company car or allowance, with up to £80,000 salary DOE. 34 days holiday and ongoing training support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within plastics/manufacturing.
• Proven track record of winning new business into OEMs.
• Comfort with longer, technical sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Win new injection and blow moulding programmes with industrial manufacturers and OEMs.
• Develop relationships with engineering, procurement and programme teams.
• Identify and develop new UK customers aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile.
• Manage the commercial relationship once programmes are secured.
• Grow revenue within selected existing customers.
