Job summary

Wesleyan is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Intermediary Distribution team. You will develop relationships with IFAs and advisory firms across your region, promoting our investment offerings and driving profitable inflows.

Working remotely in the UK, you’ll partner with Regional Sales Managers to uncover new business opportunities, align with marketing initiatives, and contribute to the broader distribution strategy while meeting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

Strong financial services experience in intermediary, investment, pensions or retirement markets.
Proven ability to build, manage and develop adviser relationships.
Knowledge of life, pensions, savings, investment and retirement products.
Ability to apply technical knowledge to adviser and client scenarios.

Responsibilities

Build and develop enduring relationships with IFAs, advisory firms and intermediary partners.
Deliver against quarterly sales targets and KPI's.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify and convert opportunities.
Engage advisers via telephone and Teams meetings to promote Wesleyan’s offering.
Collaborate with Marketing to maximise new business opportunities.
