Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager for access control systems, based from home with periodic visits to Holbeach. You will drive new business, manage client meetings, and collaborate with marketing to hit targets.

The role requires a background in the security systems sector, strong sales experience, and a UK driving license. Competitive salary with generous OTE and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
• Strong sales background with knowledge of the security industry.
• Must have sales experience.
• Commutable to Holbeach with full UK driving license.

Responsabilités

• Carry out client meetings and produce new business for the company.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve and value plans making sure targets are met.
• Remote work from home with visits to the office twice a month
• Ensure accurate CRM records are maintained.
