Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and document requirements for the claims platform upgrade.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test scenario execution.
• Develop and maintain reporting specifications and deployment activities.
• Ensure data integrity and secure delivery across systems.
