Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Business Analyst for a remote UK role. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, document reporting needs, and support report design and testing across the project lifecycle.

You will work with Excel and SQL to validate data, lead UAT, and help deploy reports while protecting data integrity. Preference for proximity to Chelmsford or Ipswich remains.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst would be helpful.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry would be helpful.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand and document new reporting requirements.
• Act as the main link between developers and stakeholders during report development.
• Create and maintain specifications for new and existing reports.
• Test reports against agreed requirements and specifications.
• Support or lead report deployment activities.
• Support Luminos report release testing.
• Maintain report inventory and ensure data integrity.
