Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to planning and documentation.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear business language and impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• BA accreditation or equivalent qualification.
• IT/technical background with exposure to systems and integration patterns.
• Experience with Jira and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and analyse opportunities to define requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, epics and user stories.
• Own small-to-medium changes with end-to-end delivery and governance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
