Job summary
Facade Today is seeking an experienced BMS Design Engineer to support data centre, commercial, and critical infrastructure projects across the UK. The role focuses on delivering design packages from concept through commissioning support, taking ownership of practical BMS solutions for successful installation and handover.

Qualifications
- Experience designing BMS for large-scale projects.
- Ability to develop practical BMS solutions from concept to handover.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed BMS design documentation including points lists, control strategies, network architecture, schematics, and commissioning handover packs.
- Review and develop designs for large-scale projects including data centres, commercial buildings, healthcare, and specialist environments.
- Work closely with consultants, OEMs, project managers, panel manufacturers, software engineers, and commissioning teams.
- Interpret technical specifications, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control philosophies.
- Support design changes, technical queries, and commissioning requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.
