Job summary

You’ll work remotely with occasional travel to support business objectives. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical or sales role within Biopharma, strong project management, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of post-graduate customer-facing technical or sales experience in biopharma/bioprocessing.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to interact with engineers, purchasing and upper management.
• Self-starter and autonomous work style.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts with account plans aligned to Biopharma strategies.
• Build relationships with partners, influencers and strategic customers.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for fluid connection, disconnection and delivery applications.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts; deliver product trainings.
• Develop strategies for market penetration and product adoption in Biopharma.
• Leverage CRM to manage opportunities and account details.
• Participate in Biopharma events and trade shows.
