Job summary

IDA Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Manager for a London-based studio near Old Street. The role focuses on leading BIM strategy, implementing Revit across the practice, and championing digital technology.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a similar role and strong Revit/ACC skills, with ISO19650 and COBie knowledge. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a 9:00am-6:00pm schedule, one day remote work, and a benefits package including enhanced parental leave,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in BIM management or a similar role.
• Advanced Revit knowledge and experience with ACC software.
• Strong grasp of ISO 19650, COBie and Uniclass 2015.
• RIBA Part 2 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and raise BIM knowledge across the studio.
• Drive BIM best practices and Revit implementation office-wide.
• Train and support staff, collaborating with business development, bids, design and delivery.
• Advise on BIM strategies to ensure correct outcomes.
• Review and maintain BIM templates, standards and procedures.
• Provide resources for Revit and related training.
• Oversee model quality control and EIR compliance.
• Consult with clients, consultants and supply chain on information exchange.
• Input into BIM Execution Plans
• Attend seminars and liaise with industry bodies
