Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support with billing responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with asynchronous communication in globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer billing inquiries and coordinate with engineering and business teams to improve support operations.
• Investigate and troubleshoot billing issues: failed payments, invoices, payment extensions.
• Guide customers to relevant documentation and resources; triage cases to appropriate teams.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or business teams when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal tools and workflows; reproduce issues and create test cases.
