Jobgether is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist International based in the United Kingdom. You will manage payment operations across multiple markets, optimize PSP configurations, and drive cost-efficiency for subscription-based products in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments industry or PSP/account management
• Hands-on PSP accounts management experience
• Experience with payments solutions implementation
• Knowledge of PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Strong analytical skills with payment performance data
• Experience with subscription billing platforms is a plus
• Experience in international/remote-first environments
• Fluent French required; strong professional English a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment operations across PSPs and subscription billing
• Own payment method roadmap per market and monitor conversion/costs
• Oversee international PSP and acquiring partner capabilities
• Manage relationships with PSPs and acquiring partners
• Define requirements and coordinate implementation of new payment solutions
• Open and standardize merchant accounts for new markets
• Improve checkout, authorization rates, and recurring billing performance
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining reliability
• Maintain PSP documentation, access records, and processes
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Data, Product and Tech teams
