• Experience building and shipping backend services in production.
• Proficient in Python, and building HTTP APIs with FastAPI or similar.
• Strong relational DB experience, PostgreSQL or equivalent.
• Experience deploying containerized apps to the cloud.
• Ability to write tests, use logs and metrics for debugging.
• Experience with distributed, resilient backend systems.
• Clear written and spoken English for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Scale AI-powered voice workflows and patient conversations.
• Integrate with EHRs and clinical data platforms.
• Automate patient care coordination like scheduling and refills.
