• Strong backend development with Go, Node.js or similar
• Experience building or operating distributed systems and messaging platforms
• Understanding of scalability, concurrency, performance optimization and fault-tolerant design
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Design and build core messaging platform for real-time infrastructure
• Work on highly scalable distributed systems, low-latency messaging and Pub/Sub services
• Contribute to state synchronization and next-gen AI communication infrastructure
• Own architecture, code quality and technical decision-making
