AIDA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineer for a UK-based AI-native tech company. You will join small, autonomous teams to design and deploy production-grade AI agents, leveraging TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL to build scalable backend systems.

This remote role offers €100,000–€150,000 per year, equity options, and visa sponsorship possibilities for candidates based in London.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend development with TypeScript/Node.js or Python.
• Experience designing APIs and scalable production apps.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and production reliability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade LLM-powered agents.
• Develop agentic workflows with task decomposition and tool calling.
• Build agent components like memory, context management, and tool integrations.
• Design architectures connecting AI agents with backend services.
• Establish patterns to introduce new AI workflows efficiently.
