Skills for Care is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our commercial portfolio across the adult social care sector. You will win new business, build relationships with providers and authorities, and expand our commercial offer.

You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, using CRM-led outreach and tailored proposals. A proven B2B sales background and ability to engage senior decision-makers are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers and using CRM.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities across our products and services.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Build a strong pipeline via CRM, inbound enquiries, networking and direct outreach.
• Close deals within agreed parameters and maintain accurate forecasts.
