Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Principal Architect, Technology Consulting to join our AWS-focused delivery team. This remote role is based in Australia, with the opportunity to influence architecture decisions for global clients.

You will lead design conversations, build CloudFormation/Serverless templates, mentor engineers, and collaborate across agile teams to deliver scalable AWS solutions using Node.js/TypeScript. Expect strong AWS expertise and a passion for modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience with Node.js/TypeScript in AWS environments.
• Strong AWS services and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Scrum and agile practices.
• Mentor and support team members

Responsibilities

• Morning meetings with the internal team and clients to align on project goals.
• Requirements analysis and design conversations for new projects.
• Work on issues in Jira, building systems and CloudFormation/Serverless templates.
• Learn and apply best practices in NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python communities.
• Collaborate with mentor/team lead to deepen AWS services knowledge and address project needs
