Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead automotive technical training across the UK. The role combines in-house and external delivery, with 80% remote work and 20% travel to UK sites.

You will shape the curriculum for MOT, EV/High-Voltage, diagnostics and new model launches, partnering with Retail Operations to close skills gaps and build trainer capability. The ideal candidate has a strong automotive technical background and proven success designing and

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and maintaining technical training programmes.
• Proven ability to develop train-the-trainer capability across a dispersed network.
• Strong background in automotive diagnostics, EV/High-Voltage and ADAS training.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve the technical training curriculum (MOT, EV/High-Voltage, diagnostics, service & repair, new model launches).
• Work with Retail Operations to identify technical skill gaps and priority interventions.
• Develop train-the-trainer capability to build confidence and consistency in delivery.
• Manage relationships with Delphi Academy and third-party training providers.
• Measure and report on training impact (reduction in come-backs, improved MOT pass rates, faster diagnostic times).
• Oversee train-the-trainer programmes for regional training partners to deliver in-centre training confidently.
