KRUBHA IT SOLUTIONS UK LTD is seeking a highly skilled Remote Software Tester with a strong automation focus to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative testing strategies and deliver high-quality software for diverse clients from a remote setup.

You will design and implement automated test scripts, build robust test plans, and collaborate across functions to drive quality.

Qualifications

• Produce a Test Strategy for all complexities testing requirements across multiple test phases, utilising a risk-based approach.
• Proven experience in software testing with a strong emphasis on automation testing.
• Build efficiencies in testing and continuous improvement of test methods, techniques and process; manage third party suppliers.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks and processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C# or similar).
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or similar IDEs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of testing across the entire programme of testing.
• Manage multiple testing projects within a programme ensuring a common testing approach; apply manual testing processes.
• Support and execute all levels of testing by actively coordinating other parties involved in the project.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Create and review Test Plans for simple, all complexities testing requirements across multiple test phases, in line with the Test Strategy.
• Set up and maintain test automation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and technologies.
