Job summary

Version 1 in London is seeking a Test Analyst to join our delivery teams. You will perform requirements analysis, define and execute test strategies, ensure traceability and support automation to guide development.

Candidates should have 2–3 years’ experience, stakeholder management skills, and ISTQB cert. SC Clearance is required. We offer flexible/remote working, strong career progression, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst.
Experience with defining test strategy / test approach.
Experience in supporting team success and motivating others.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis and validation.
Defining and executing test strategies and scripts.
Ensuring requirements traceability.
Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques.
Accurate recording and monitoring of issues.
Provide QA support to the development scrum teams to automate tests to guide development.
Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards.
Provide test estimates.
