• Home Based with ability to travel within the UK and EMEA
• Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 Depending on Experience

The Automation Consultant Role:

We seek an experienced Automation Consultant with expertise in Automic/UC4 to join our Services team. Your responsibilities include advising customers, contributing to client projects, and providing internal product knowledge.

A key goal will be achieving Broadcom certification and staying updated on product developments and industry trends.

What your day-to-day might look like:

• Sharing industry insights to support sales and marketing
• Collaborating on campaigns and activities to drive growth
• Leading product demos for clients
• Creating compelling proposals highlighting Automic’s value
• Identifying use cases and working with stakeholders and vendors
• Leading scoping workshops and understanding client needs
• Producing high-level design documents
• Configuring, upgrading, and implementing products
• Managing and coordinating teams
• Ensuring high user adoption and managing client relationships

About you:

• 5+ years as an Automation Consultant or Analyst
• Experience in Automation Presales, Roadmap scoping, and ROI analysis
• Experience with Automation Platforms in large organizations
• Ability to evangelize automation benefits to clients
• Experience managing delivery teams
• Strong communication skills in English; other Northern European languages are a plus
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent customer-facing skills and organizational abilities
• Ambition to grow a successful career within Ignite Technology
