The Automation Consultant Role:

We seek an experienced Automation Consultant with expertise in Automic/UC4 to join our Services team. You will advise customers, contribute to client projects, and provide product knowledge internally.

A key goal is achieving Broadcom certification and staying updated on product developments, while monitoring industry trends to keep our offerings aligned with market advancements.

What your day-to-day might look like:

• Providing insights to enhance our Sales and Marketing relevance
• Collaborating on campaigns and activities to drive growth
• Leading client product demos
• Supporting proposal development highlighting Automic’s capabilities
• Identifying use cases from reference material
• Working with client stakeholders and vendor managers
• Leading scoping workshops
• Understanding client/industry requirements
• Producing high-level design documents
• Configuring, upgrading, and implementing products
• Managing and coordinating teams
• Ensuring high user adoption and client relationship management

About you:

• 5+ years as an Automation Consultant or Analyst
• Experience with Automation Presales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and ROI analysis
• Experience with Automation Platforms in large organizations
• Ability to evangelize automation benefits beyond functions and features
• Experience managing delivery teams
• Collaborative working with other departments
• Experience running a Services Practice
• Fluent in English; other Northern European languages are a plus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Organized, passionate, and professional
• Ambitious to grow a successful career within Ignite Technology
