The Automation Consultant Role:

We seek an experienced Automation Consultant with Automic/UC4 expertise to advise clients, contribute to projects, and support our sales and marketing teams. A key goal is achieving Broadcom certification and staying updated on product developments. You will also monitor automation industry trends to keep our offerings aligned with market advancements.

What your day-to-day might look like:

• Providing industry insights to enhance sales and marketing relevance
• Collaborating on campaigns and growth activities
• Leading client product demos
• Developing compelling proposals highlighting Automic’s business value
• Identifying use cases in reference material
• Working with stakeholders and vendor managers
• Leading scoping workshops
• Understanding client business requirements
• Producing high-level design documents
• Configuring, upgrading, and implementing products
• Managing teams and ensuring high user adoption

About you:

• 5+ years as an Automation Consultant or Analyst
• Experience in Automation Presales, Roadmap scoping, effort estimation, pricing, ROI
• Experience with automation platforms in large organizations
• Ability to evangelize automation’s business value
• Experience managing delivery teams
• Collaborative working with other departments
• Experience running a Services Practice
• Fluent English communication skills; additional Northern European languages are a plus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Organized, passionate, and professional
• Ambition to grow a successful career within Ignite Technology
