Job summary

Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an Attendee Experience Specialist to support life sciences programs from the UK, coordinating registration, attendee communications, and reporting for US-based clients.

You will work with the Event Experience Manager to ensure programs run smoothly, leveraging Cvent and MS Office tools, while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the meetings industry or event management.
• Proven ability to manage attendee registration, reporting and client needs across complex programs.
• Experience with virtual/hybrid events and event technology platforms (Cvent preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead attendee registration and manage client communications for assigned programs.
• Coordinate hotel accommodations, travel letters, and on-site activities.
• Maintain and update meeting databases with changes and reporting.
• Develop and design event registration materials, dashboards, and post-event reports.
• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting during live events.
